In addition, our ergonomic evaluation and modelling prior to construction ensure optimum operator vision, interface, comfort and productivity. Since many modern pharmaceutical products are highly valuable, we produce containment systems that allow thorough and safe recovery of product heel from the dryer's surface membrane. Telstar ACE also has wide experience in designing and producing small batch capacity isolators suitable for pilot samples. Small or large scale high containment product off-loading from filter dryers or centrifuges is one of Telstar ACE's specialities, various single and multi chamber methods of off-loading to ported bags, multi-lined kegs or IBC's have been manufactured and are in use in many different countries around the world. Many products manufacture today are very expensive, even for the minutest quantity, Telstar ACE manufacture a range of containment systems, to allow the safe recovery of the product heel and maximize yield.
