Introduction

The DryMega vacuum shelf dryers have been designed for use in those cases where the thermolabile characteristics of the product to be dried do not allow high processing temperatures. The drying is static, with the product inside trays. For this reason mechanical fatigue does not occur and the granulometric measurement, porosity and volume of the products are not changed.
