Telstar is fully aware of the importance of providing Service Support to customers during the lifecycle of supplied equipment; and has therefore recently placed a new local service team in Shanghai.

For inquiries related to Telstar-Celester equipments, now clients will be able to contact either the headquarters in Spain or the local service team at Telstar Far East.

The Service Department is composed of highly skilled and specialized personnel able to provide customers with full range of technical assistance.

Such assistance could involve:

  • Evaluation of process data in order to optimise processes or resolve problems.
  • Carrying out emergency repairs.
  • Providing spare parts
  • Preventive Maintenance Contracts.
  • Performing upgrades to elderly equipment in terms of hardware or software.
  • Training of users and/or maintenance engineers.
